Bohemian vibes are considered to be typical for summer but the style has much more potential than wearing it only in the heat. I have this beautiful coat since last winter (see in this look) already and I am very happy to wear it again this season. I am not exactly a head to toe bohemian type, so this time I have just made an experimental mix of different eras. How about some bohemian vibes with a little bit of 80’s touch?
These jeans are my new favourites, although I think I got one size bigger than what I need. (Note for self: next time get a tighter size cause denim gets always looser after a few times wearing it.) Anyhow, I love the stirrup style, reminds me to the pants my mom used to wear back in the 80’s. It is a bit of a strange feeling to be attached to your shoes tho 🙂 . But as a denim girl what I like is that it is something different, still not so wild like for example these patchwork jeans. It is a kind of subtile rebellion from my side to always look for things that stand out but do not scream right into your face.
More bohemian vibes for winter
The coat has a funny story. We were on St. Barts where I fall totally in love with the collections of Volver St Barth, the prettiest boutique on the island. There I found this beautiful coat and although it was 30 degree I had to buy it. I was not in winter mood at all, but I knew when I get home, to cold Germany, I will be very happy to have this furry piece with me. And it was true. It is a unique piece, handmade in Spain, carrying true bohemian vibes.
I think the two styles work well together, and some fringe on that pretty shopper doesn’t hurt the overall look. What do you think? x
